Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Digital Products and Software Licenses:

Where digital products are purchased, we will usually provide a download link via Email, and retain the capability for your to re-download the product in future as required, for a period of at least three months. Where possible, further re-download beyond that time may be arranged by contacting us.

Any variation to these terms will be stated on your invoice.

Physical Products:

Shipping and delivery terms will depend on the product purchased and will be stated on your invoice, and subject to prior agreement with you.

We are able to ship both within Australia and overseas where required. Where providing physical products (e.g. packaged software or computer hardware) we will always ship using a reputable courier company (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS, Australian Air Express) and will provide a tracking number at the time of shipment.

Refunds:

We will always, refund, exchange, or credit where this is required by Australian consumer law, or based on any contractual agreements we may have with you. However, please choose carefuly as we cannot give refunds if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong decision.

Consulting services and bespoke products are not subject to refund or exchange except where required by law, however we endavour to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and will work with you to try and find an acceptable solution to any issues you may have.
