NetExperts Support
AI-assisted customisation of RustDesk for NetExperts remote support: application branding and configuration, coordination-server integration, platform builds, packaging and testing. The application retains its open-source attribution and corresponding source distribution.
Our Windows beta brings a NetExperts interface to a customised engine based on Tailscale, using our own coordination infrastructure. The work spans application behaviour, network integration and testing on our systems.
We use AI-assisted development for our own support and billing tools, monitoring and operational automation. The work includes access controls, workflow, document generation and tests that check what happens when something goes wrong.
